Data Analyst with relevant Degree and minimum 4 years' data analysis experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry, with knowledge and experience in MS SQL and SSIS, required to implement and maintain consumer data solutions, including data sourcing, transformation and quality control.Minimum requirements:
  • BSc. / BComm information degree or relevant degree essential
  • Minimum 4 years' data analysis experience required, preferably in the Financial Services Industry
  • Intermediate MS SQL knowledge and experience required
  • SSIS experience and knowledge required
  • Must be able to write SQL scripts and rules
  • Automation of processes experience required
  • Experience working with short term insurance, warranties or service plans advantageous
Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain consumer data solutions, including data sourcing, transformation and quality control
  • Collect, clean and analyse data from internal systems
  • Store and load collected data into marketing database
  • Load and clean data
  • Determine database rules and implement rules on marketing database
  • Lead management
  • Prepare data for ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Write SQL scripts to prepare data
  • Write scripts for automation of lead flows into the call centre
  • Create dashboards, reports and data models
  • Support compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor data accuracy and assist with improving data capture processes
  • Recommend data driven strategies to increase efficiency, retention and profitability
  • Data confidentiality and compliance
