- Oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities operate efficiently and safely.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Manage, mentor, and lead the maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance across all maintenance operations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate maintenance projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Ensure all maintenance records, logs, and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reliability of plant operations.
- Red Seal trade qualification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or hospitality facilities.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a maintenance environment.
