Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly collaborative and analytical Business Intelligence Partner tosupport cross-functional projects and reporting needs between the Business Intelligence,Merchandising, and Product teams in our global luxury jewellery business.In this role, you'll help translate business needs into actionable insights and automatedreports. You'll work closely with teams across buying, planning, design, and operations togather requirements, build dashboards, and ensure teams have access to the right data at theright time. This role is ideal for someone who is both data-literate and commercially aware,with a keen eye for storytelling through numbers.We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, who enjoys solving problems, takesinitiative, and is committed to growing both their skills and their professional brand in thejewelry industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary BI liaison for the Merchandising and Product Development teams, understanding their needs and translating them into clear reporting and data requirements.
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that support:
1. Sales performance tracking2. Sell-through and stock analysis3. Product lifecycle and launch performance4. Margin and cost analysis
  • Work collaboratively on cross-departmental projects, including pricing strategy, demand planning, and NPD (new product development) tracking.
  • Support the Merchandising team in preparing weekly trade reports, seasonal reviews, and executive presentations with clean, visual insights.
  • Partner with IT, data engineers, or BI developers to ensure data pipelines are accurate, scalable, and aligned with reporting goals.
  • Help ensure consistency and standardization of data definitions, KPIs, and tools across the company.
  • Identify gaps in reporting and proactively suggest tools, visualizations, or new metrics that drive better decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Merchandising, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a BI, data analyst, merchandising analyst, or a planning role.
  • Experience working with product or retail data (especially in luxury/fashion/jewellery) is highly desirable
