- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Contact both new leads and existing customers to promote products and services.

- Work overtime or Saturdays when requested by management.
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 12 years outbound sales experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong typing and accurate data capturing skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office & CRM systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A persuasive, competitive, and results-oriented nature is an advantage.
