  • Works internally with all departments within the Creative Hub, and in-market teams and externally with clients.

The creative hub works closely with representatives and client owners from all over the network. Our delivery teams are spread across the globe; we have a mix of in-office and virtual teams.Role Summary:
You might be more familiar with a Senior Project Manager title, but we call our roles Senior Delivery Partners to highlight the collaborative nature of the work. While managing projects is the core of this role, you will also work alongside our client-facing teams. You'll use your expertise to advise and support colleagues, ensuring our work is not only creative and effective but also delivered efficiently. This partnership will help the team discover new ways to deliver value and find opportunities for future growth. Own end-to-end delivery for a defined EMEA market/portfolio, from brief intake and scoping (SOW, SLAs, plan) through production, QA, localisation and release. You are the single point of accountability for time, quality, scope and budget, partnering closely with Customer Service teams, Media, Analytics and Client stakeholders/teams. You'll also coach Delivery Partners/ Customer Service Teams, in-region, on best practice, workload balancing and issue resolution with a clear understanding of Creative delivery.1) Plan & scope
  • Translate client briefs into clear SOWs, project plans and SLAs; confirm Definition of Ready/Done.
  • Build capacity views and roadmaps across delivery areas with close collaboration to Traffic Management teams (Design, Copy, Translation/Localization, Motion, QA, Media hand-off).
  • Maintain change control and dependencies; create milestone plans and acceptance criteria.
2) Run delivery
  • Drive execution on a lean tooling flow (
, Slack, Google etc.) as the source of truth; maintain statuses, blockers and RAID. * Orchestrate handoffs across time zones; coordinate internal + freelance talent with Traffic/Resourcing.
  • Manage feedback/versioning to protect timelines and quality; keep decision logs tidy.
3) Paid media & DCO delivery
  • Own creative delivery for DCO: feed management, template logic, variant naming, pre-flight specs, and QC.
  • Partner with Media for trafficking and launch; familiarity with CM360/DV360, Meta, TikTok, YouTube etc.
  • Understanding of (UTM/pixel) and spec compliance; support creative A/B tests and learning loops.
4) Quality, compliance & localisation
  • Enforce QA checklists and gate reviews; drive first-time-right and reduce rework.
  • Manage LQA and market sign-off windows for EMEA languages; uphold terminology consistency/TMs.
  • Ensure GDPR-aligned handling of assets and metadata; maintain naming/taxonomy standards in the DAM or system process for project specifics.
5) Tooling, data & reporting
  • Keep (intake/routing) clean and connected to delivery boards.
  • Produce weekly delivery reports and monthly insights (throughput, cycle time, FTR/rework, SLA, localisation quality).
  • Added Bonus: Spot low-noise automation opportunities (e.g., QC guardrails), natural curiosity about automation and tooling to remain efficient.
6) Financials & resourcing
  • Track burn vs plan, POs and change orders; escalate variance early.
7) Enablement & improvement
  • Mentor Delivery Partners on delivery hygiene and cross-market workflows; contribute playbooks and templates.
  • Lead retros and continuously improve processes, sharing wins and learnings across regions.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6-7+ yrs PM in creative/digital, SOW/SLA/project plan expertise, DCO & paid media experience, multi-market/localisation exposure, strong tooling.
  • Performance analytics: A/B test cadence and creative insights with Media/Analytics.
  • Automation & AI-assisted workflows: spotting high-ROI automations (e.g., QC guardrails, routing).
  • Verticals: experience in regulated industries (finance/insurance/pharma) or high-tempo retail/e-com.
  • Light motion/video fluency: VAST/HTML5 basics and asset spec nuances.
What you'll bring (must-haves)
SOW/SLA/Project plan mastery: can draft/manage SOWs, build realistic plans, run change control, maintain RAID, and drive DOR/DOD.
Paid media & DCO experience: hands-on with creative specs, feed/template logic, trafficking coordination, and QA for CM360/DV360/Meta/TikTok.
Multi-market & localisation: understands LQA workflows, market sign-offs, and terminology/TM basics.
Delivery hygiene: proactive risk management, crisp escalation, strong documentation and stakeholder updates.
Tooling: , Harvest, Looker Studio, Lytho (or similar intake); DAM Systems, Figma, Adobe, (Frontify/Bynder); Google Workspace
Data & reporting: turns throughput, cycle time, FTR/rework and SLA data into decisions and improvements.
Financial acumen: time/burn tracking, PO/change orders, variance analysis; vendor/freelancer coordination and support for project specifics.
Communication: clear, calm client and internal comms across cultures and time zones.
