We are currently looking for a skilled food and beverage junior manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.Duties:Preserve good levels of external and internal customer service. Without experience will be mentored and trained
Manage Food and Beverage daily operations within given budget and guidelines to meet the highest standards
Identify what customers need, then respond actively to meet their need
Inform to management regarding productivity and sales results
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamworkSkills:Proven food and beverage management experience or similar
Computer knowledge MS Office packages, restaurant management software and software programs
Able to identify and resolve problems amicably
perform multiple tasks
Communication leadership skills
Able to manage financial targets and personnel
Guest oriented and service-minded
