Laboratory Manager - Food Production Industry

• Manage and supervise all laboratory staff, ensuring that all lab operations are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Oversee the quality control and quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet the required standards
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by implementing and maintaining a robust quality control program
• Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring that it is properly maintained and calibrated
• Manage laboratory inventory, including reagents, supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to support new product development and process improvement initiatives
• Stay updated with new developments and advancements in laboratory techniques and technologies, and implement relevant changes in the laboratory

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role in the food production industry
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing methodologies and equipment
• Experience in developing and implementing laboratory policies and procedures
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
