Sage 300 Cloud (Accpac) Consultant

• Provide expert support for Sage 300 (Accpac), ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Perform system upgrades and enhancements in line with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues independently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage workload effectively, balancing multiple priorities and client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality ERP support services.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accpac / Sage 300 (excluding Sage 300 People).
• Preferred experience with Sage CRM and Technisoft Service Manager.
• Experience with additional Sage 300C add-ons will be highly beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
