- Selling a portfolio of motor-related insurance and value-added products to prospective clients telephonically
- Achieving and exceeding assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conducting needs analysis to offer tailored product solutions
- Managing objections and closing sales with professionalism and confidence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participating in regular training sessions and performance coaching
- Demonstrating a positive, resilient attitude within a target-focused team
- Matric Certificate (compulsory)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in a call centre, retail or direct sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience within the Financial Services industry (advantageous)
- RE5 certification (advantageous)
- Fluent in English (proficiency in additional South African languages is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Confident, energetic, and resilient under pressure
- Strong team player with a positive contribution to company culture
