- Provide strategic leadership and direction for a high-performance department.
- Lead and develop a diverse team with a focus on people growth and performance.
- Drive process optimisation, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure legal compliance and operational excellence.
- Handle complex cases, escalations, and executive-level decision-making.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to align cross-functional efforts.
- Manage reporting and data analysis for business intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Oversee debtor and creditor functions, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Minimum of 35 years experience in a management role, preferably within large corporates or the retail sector.(More than 5 years is beneficial)
- Proven track record in leadership across multiple functions.
- Comprehensive experience in people management, team development, and performance leadership.
- Must possess a wide range of management skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Real-life experience within a corporate industry and/or large-scale operations.
- Strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication, and strategic thinking.
- Relevant bachelors qualification; postgraduate qualification will be advantageous

- Verskaf strategiese leiding en rigting vir n hoëprestasie-departement.
- Lei en ontwikkel n diverse span met fokus op menseontwikkeling en prestasie.

- Verseker operasionele uitnemendheid en voldoening aan wetlike vereistes.
- Hanteer komplekse gevalle, eskalasies en belangrike besluitneming op uitvoerende vlak.
- Werk saam met ander senior leiers om organisasiebreë belyning te verseker.
- Verslagdoening en data-analise vir besigheidsintelligensie en strategiese aanbevelings.
- Beheer debiteure- en krediteurefunksies, asook begrotingsbeplanning en hulpbronbestuur.
- Minimum 35 jaar ondervinding in n bestuursrol, verkieslik in groot korporatiewe of kleinhandel-omgewings.(meer as 5 jaar is voordelig)
- n Bewese geskiedenis van suksesvolle leierskap en die effektiewe bestuur van spanne oor verskeie funksies.
- Omvattende ervaring in mense bestuur , spanontwikkeling en prestasiebestuur.
- Moet oor verskeie bestuursvaardighede beskik en gemaklik wees in n dinamiese omgewing.
- Regte lewe ondervinding in korporatiewe industrieë en/of grootskaalse besighede.
- Sterk besluitnemingsvermoë, uitstekende kommunikasie en strategiese denke.
- Relevante baccalaureuskwalifikasie; n nagraadse kwalifikasie sal as n voordeel beskou word.
