We develop projects for our clients from concept stage through to commissioning, and beyond to operation and maintenance. Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
Manage project costs from initial calculations to final figures.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Assess, value, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier packages.
Monitor and report on project cash flow and profitability.
Ensure contractual compliance and manage variations and claims.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and submit monthly valuations and final accounts.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 5 years experience within a Project Costing or Financial Reporting role, ideally within the Manufacturing and Construction industry.
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC), and cost control principles.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in excel
