Lead budgeting, asset management, stock counts and functional financial oversight
Partner with operational teams to support strategic decisions
Tax compliance, monthly closes, and financial accuracy
Lead and analyse cost controls, trends, and variances – because precision matters
Assist in forecasting and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure smooth system governance and master data management
Be the vital link between admin, finance, and operations – from diesel usage to payroll
Travel occasionally to site – where dust meets data

Education and Experience:

Degree in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management accounting or cost accounting role
Experience in mining, manufacturing, or related industry is essential

Skills:

Pro-level Excel
SAGE experience is required
A hands-on, solutions-driven attitude
Top-notch communication and business partnering skills
