All Round Machinist and or CNC Programmer

• Independent workshop hero: machine parts from samples without supervision
• Skilled on manual lathes & mills
• Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines

• Mastercam 2020 & SolidWorks 2019 programming proficiency
• Fanuc G?code programming on Doosan, Mazak Slant, Leadwell, Mazak VTC41L (from legacy “dinosaurs” to modern Machines)
• Comfortable switching to manual machining when CNC capacity low.
• Handles both prototype (1-off) and production runs

• Team player with a relaxed yet driven mindset
• Passionate about engineering, with a great sense of humour
• Enjoys mentoring junior staff - no ego allowed
• Punctual, drama-free, and zero tolerance for bullying

• Qualified artisan (Red Seal or equivalent) with 6-10+ years' experience
• Valid driver's license
• Preferred age range 25-40, based on experience
