  • Review all feedback requests.
  • Upload feedback trackers and supporting documentation correctly and notify all applicable managers.
  • Send feedback trackers and photo links to suppliers as and when required.
  • Continuous monitoring and follow up of outstanding info to ensure 100% by due date.
ACCOUNT MANAGER ASSISTANT DUTIES
  • Data analysis from various internal systems.
  • Identify supplier out of stocks at store level and ensure orders are placed.
  • Manage NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES.
  • Manage supplier meeting agendas and minutes.
MEETINGS
  • Set up meetings on Manager's behalf.
  • Prepare Agenda & accompany supplier meetings.
  • Update Managers calendar accordingly.
  • Minutes taken in all meetings share with necessary.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-3 years FMCG Operations experience (Advantageous)
  • Impeccable computers skills in all Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel experience using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP - Advantageous
  • Administration and Office Support or Business Administration
