Receptionist with 6-8 years experience within a similar role to join their capable team.Qualifications and Experience
Matric
Own transport
6-8 years experience within a similar role
Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
Vericliam experience would be beneficial.
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent coordination, admin and organisation skills.
Working hours: 07h00 17h00 (Fridays until 14h00, if work is completed)Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for answering incoming calls.
Directing calls to appropriate staff.
Greeting and checking in all patients for office appointments, including paperwork
for patients to fill out.
Scheduling and arranging patient appointments.
Keeping patient files organised and up to date.
Keeping the office neat and clean.
Cleaning of medical equipment.
Responsible for personal administrative tasks.
Sending and organisation of theatre/operating lists.Salary Offered
