Work closely with senior leadership, contributing to financial management, reporting, and compliance across diverse property portfolios
Gain exposure to acquisitions, developments, investor relations, and board reporting while managing a skilled finance team
What you will be doing:
Prepare monthly management accounts and client reports
Manage billing, tenant adjustments, accruals, and financial data accuracy
Review and release authorised payments
Lead and support finance team members
Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence processes
Prepare budgets, forecasts, tax calculations, and annual financial statements
Manage auditor relationships and oversee audit processes
Compile board, risk, and compliance committee packs
Oversee supplier contract renewals and procurement sign-offs
Ensure compliance with financial policies, VAT submissions, and SARS requirements
Strong academic record and proven practical work experience
Highly organised, detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team
Experience with MDA Property Manager advantageous
