- Minimum 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience (not account management or technical support).
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and close sales in industrial/manufacturing/construction industries.
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting to proposals, negotiation, and securing orders.
- Comfort with high activity levels – cold calling, daily client visits, pipeline management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage at senior management level.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally in capital equipment, power solutions, industrial machinery, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in generating leads and securing new accounts.
- Exposure to generators, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related industries.
- Basic technical understanding to support product discussions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and create business opportunities.

- Deliver against monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth implementation (without acting as a technical specialist).
- Report on sales activity, forecasts, and market trends to management.
