- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for each fit-out project.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to align design intent with execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare cost estimates and track expenses against approved budgets.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve on-site challenges and design modifications promptly to avoid delays.
- Oversee final snagging, quality checks, and handover documentation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in corporate fit-outs or interior design.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and design tools ( AutoCAD + Revit).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
