Job Summary Duties:Front of House hospitality management
Assisting with all F&B / hosting operations
Finance, Admin, Stock Controls & Stocktaking
Overseeing housekeeping
Basic HR dutiesRequirements:Grade 12
A formal Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification
At least 2 years management experience in a 5* lodge environment
Strong F&B Background
Computer literate – Semper / Pastel would be an advantage
Strong guests relations
Strong management skills
Driver’s License
Valid First Aid Certification
South African Citizen
An understanding of budget control and financial management
