- Lead and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met.
- Monitor performance, attendance, and productivity, providing coaching and development where needed.
- Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and high performance.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to agents to strengthen sales capability.
- Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Present results, insights, and action plans to stakeholders and senior management to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Report on team performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum Matric / Grade 12.
- 3+ years’ experience in sales management/team leadership.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent understanding of outbound sales processes.
- Experience in short-term insurance is an advantage.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and hold teams accountable.
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Monday - Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (based on operational requirements)
- One compulsory Saturday per month: 08:00 – 13:00
