Project ManagerProject ManagementCoordinate and lead weekly project meetings to facilitate communication and progress trackingCreate, update, and disseminate comprehensive weekly project progress reports, including meeting minutes and action logsMonitor project deliverables and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with project goalsManage project risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challengesMaintain meticulous control over scope changes, ensuring the business case is updated and obtaining necessary customer signoffsChair various project meetings, preparing essential documents such as minutes and reports for SteerCo, Weekly Status & Stakeholder meetings, and Daily Stand-upsDirect and motivate project teams across GroupTech to ensure the successful delivery of project scope within established time, cost, and quality parametersRegularly update project plans to reflect evolving project requirements and timelinesEscalate issues to project sponsors, technical leads, and other relevant stakeholders in a timely mannerUpdate, submit, and manage change registers and change controls to track modifications to the project scopeManage overall project scope, schedules, deliverables, communications, and risks while ensuring compliance with quality standards and adherence to relevant methodologies and templates (governance)Monitor key interdependencies and complexities, communicating them effectively across the businessOversee the registration, administration, and execution of projects in alignment with company objectivesProvide comprehensive project documentation for all projects, ensuring transparency and accessibility of informationEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with the Project Management Methodology, project standards, and business strategy, meeting the specified business requirementsProvide necessary support to the Programme Manager, Senior Managers, and Head of PMO as requiredManage key interdependencies and complexities (cross-functional teams across The Company) closely and ensure these are communicated and understood across Business and GroupTechQualificationsA Bachelors Degree or Equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualification in Business / Project Management / EngineeringProject Management certification (PMP / Prince2 / Agile or similar) AdvantageousExperienceA minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experienceSenior Project Management experienceProven track record in delivering complex cross-functional projectsProven track record in delivering OTT projects
