Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals, Credit assessment and credit worthiness of the customer.
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • File Verification in terms of established credit guidelines, process and approval, maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure.
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
  • Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Market financial products to individuals and firms, promoting AFCL services that may meet customers' needs.
  • Updating and submitting monthly data to credit bureau as per banking regulations, updating and preparing daily reports.
  • Ensure all regular monthly reporting is generated for management review.
Desired Profile
  • Must have Credit management exposure.
  • Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Understanding of retail finance.
Educational Qualifications
  • Commerce of Finance Graduate.
Relevant years of Experience
  • Between 6-8 years of experience (Overall).
