Talent Acquisition Partner - Cape TownFull job descriptionReporting to the Senior People Manager, this individual will lead on talent acquisition across the South Africa and the United Kingdom, providing support to colleagues remotely. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, providing support and advice to Hiring Managers, and ensuring candidates have a seamless positive experience from application through to onboarding.In addition, as we are a small team there will be a requirement to work on talent development and other employee life cycle activities. Working in collaboration with the People Team, the successful candidate will support People Initiatives and ensure and excellent service to all customers.The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced dynamic environment, be commercially astute and proactive in all areas. Experience within Talent Acquisition is essential and experience in L&D/HR is desirable.Main responsibilitiesManage the full life cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates (direct sourcing model) to conducting interviews, assessments and managing offers/budgets/trackers.Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, work in partnership with hiring managers and PBPs to understand talent needs and improve attrition.Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews. Ensuring that the skills, experience, and qualifications match the requirements of the role, team and Kocho Strategy/valuesDevelop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the processIn collaboration with colleagues create and write engaging best practice best practice job descriptions that accurately represent the requirements and expectations of each role.Tailor adverts to each platform and its audience, including clear concise language, standardising format, DE&I lense/inclusive language.Drive Strategy and best practice processes in all areas of TA ensuring legal compliance and effective budget managementUtilise various sourcing methods, such as job boards, LI recruiter, social media, networking, and employee referrals to attract the right talentProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including the delivery of recruitment and interview trainingStay up to date with industry trends and best practices in TA, brining innovative ideas and strategies to the teamProvide regular report on recruitment activities and key recruitment metricsProvide HR support, including maintaining HR records, preparing offer letters and employment contracts, and managing onboarding and offboarding processesManage our internal HR info system, BambooHR and answering any related queriesCollaborate with the HR Team to develop and deliver training programs, early careers, workshops and initiatives that promote employee development and experience.
