We are not a recruitment agency—we are a dedicated extension of our clients’ teams, delivering high-quality service with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch.We are hiring!We are currently looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual for a Virtual Assistant (eCommerce - Web Design, Shopify, SEO) role with our US-based client operating in the eCommerce space.This role requires experience in web-based tasks such as Shopify management, web content updates, SEO, and blog writing. You’ll be supporting internal operations only – no external customer interaction is involved.The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, think creatively, and handle day-to-day digital tasks without the need for micromanagement.PLEASE NOTE:

Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours, Mon – Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to midnight South African time; subject to change based on daylight savings)
Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and support for a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory
Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update Shopify website, including product listings and page design.
Implement on-page SEO best practices and optimize site content.
Draft and publish blog posts and assist with content planning.
Support with digital tasks such as landing pages, basic graphic edits, and performance tracking.
Stay organized, creative, and detail-driven while working independently.

Requirements

Experience with Shopify, web design, and SEO.
E-commerce experience essential.
Strong written and verbal English.
Creative, organized, and proactive mindset.
