• Interpret invoices and cutting lists for the picking and processing of boards

• Provide prompt and efficient service to customers
• Demonstrate and promote 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience to customers.
• Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.

• Ensure that all timber and boards are accurately cut, neatly packed and accessible

• Keep equipment well maintained and keep work area clean and tidy
