Job Summary Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. • Assist in creating company profiles, brochures, proposals, and presentations tailored for both Construction and ICT projects. • Manage and update company website and social media platforms with engaging content. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. • Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives. • Support tender and proposal preparations with marketing materials. • Generate leads, maintain CRM database, and support client engagements. • Create newsletters, case studies, reports, and multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics). • Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide improvement recommendations. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics). • Basic graphic design and content creation skills will be an added advantage. • Ability to work independently in a small team and multitask effectively. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
