Job Summary The Management Accountant will be responsible for providing financial insights, management reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments to ensure accurate financial performance monitoring and effective cost management.Duties:

FP&A
Cost & Revenue Management
Cash Flow & Treasury

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CIMA / CA(SA) / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in management accounting, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar).
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
