Job Summary We are looking for a motivated graduate in IT, supply chain, marketing, or finance to help streamline processes, build automation, and generate insights. You'll support analysis, marketing, proposals, and social media automation. Key Responsibilities: Automation & AI Reporting & Analysis Supply Chain & Finance Marketing & Business Development Technology & Support Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Technical & Business Skills: • Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred, Zapier, Power Automate, Make.io a plus). • Knowledge of supply chain processes, financial principles, or marketing strategies. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar). • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Jasper, or automation assistants). • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations. • Ability to design professional proposals, documents, and presentations (PowerPoint, Canva, or similar). • Understanding of social media platforms and automation tools. • Exposure to cloud services such as AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch). Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
