Overseeing day-to-day store operations, from stock control to service delivery
Leading and motivating a small team to give outstanding customer service
Managing rosters, staff performance, and basic HR admin
Ensuring the store is clean, organised, well-stocked and legally compliant
Handling supplier orders, deliveries, and GRVs
Supporting merchandising and ensuring strong visual presentation
Managing shrinkage, cash handling and daily reports
Maintaining a professional, welcoming space for customers and staff alike

We're looking for someone who:

Has retail experience - ideally in food, convenience, or FMCG and alcohol
Understands basic finances (stock, margins, waste control, profitability)
Is a team player, good communicator, and leads by example
Has a passion for people, order, and excellent service
Wants to grow with a brand that values loyalty, trust and integrity
