In-House Commercial Lawyer - Global Management Firm - Sandton

• 3-8 years PQE with strong corporate or commercial experience at a reputable law firm (a secondment or in-house experience will be advantageous).
• Exposure to contracts and experience drafting.
• Admitted to practice law in South Africa.

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating client contracts, which will also include foreign contracts, across a range of industry sectors.
• Providing legal support, drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including NDAs, supplier agreements, consents, letters.
• Tracking compliance and progress of a large number of contracts and engagements globally.
• Ensuring the delivery of accurate and commercial legal advice to the business across a range of disciplines.
• Identifying legal risks and identifying opportunities to provide legal input in line with business strategies.
