Start Date: To be confirmedJob Description:We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented German-Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading BPO company supporting a global client in the accounting software sector. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in South Africa while engaging with international customers in both German and English.As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, assisting with inquiries related to software products, account troubleshooting, and general support.
