IT Operations Manager - Networks

• Define and evolve network infrastructure strategies and roadmaps
• Lead full lifecycle delivery of network projects (LAN/WAN deployments, segmentation, migrations)
• Oversee technology refresh cycles and ensure alignment with standards and policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivery timelines and milestones
• Act as point of escalation for complex and high-impact incidents
• Coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and recovery plans

• Enterprise network architecture, security and design (5+ years)
• Experience across a diverse tech stack: PaloAlto, Cisco Meraki, Arista, Mellanox, Saisei
• Proven experience in team leadership and technical escalation
• Certifications:

• CCNP Enterprise (or equivalent)
• PaloAlto PCNSA (minimum)
• PCNSE, CCIE (or track)
• CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
• AWS Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer
• Arista or Mellanox vendor certifications
