Job Summary SALES MANAGER Wellington, Western Cape We're hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a small but growing team in the horticulture space. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales operations and a small team (2x Sales Reps, Dispatch Supervisor). Maintain accurate stock data and share promotions. Oversee order accuracy, delivery quality & route planning. Build strong client relationships & handle key accounts. Drive sales growth via retention, acquisition, and seasonal campaigns. Plan Trade Days, expos & WhatsApp promotions. Report on sales performance & competitor trends. Contribute to marketing content and social media. Requirements: 3+ years' sales team leadership experience. Relevant qualification or sales training (advantageous). Strong Excel, Canva & admin skills. Bilingual (Afrikaans & English). Valid driver's license & own transport. Experience in horticulture/agriculture a plus.
