The candidate will be instrumental in leveraging their expertise in debits and credits to drive financial efficiency and accuracy within the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and understand business processes, requirements, and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define ERP system enhancements.
Implement, configure, and customize Epicor to align with business needs.
Provide expertise in financial modules, emphasizing debits and credits.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of ERP system changes.
Offer guidance and support to end-users, ensuring effective system utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations.
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance ERP functionality.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP, specifically Epicor.
In-depth knowledge of financial modules and expertise in debits and credits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
