This position is based in Johannesburg North.Duties:

Matching of Statements: Ensure all transactions on credit card statements are supported by complete documentation, maintaining accuracy and compliance at all times.
Audit Backup Documents: Uphold a 100% accuracy standard in verifying and validating all attached documents.
Swiping: Prepare Swipe sheets for Supervisor transactions, ensuring completeness of invoices.
Customer Satisfaction: Foster positive relationships with both Internal and External Clients, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
Matching: Monitor and execute the matching process of documents to Credit card and Debtor statements, meeting deadlines and presenting documents in a client-friendly manner.
Reconciliations: Allocate payments accurately against invoices and diligently investigate all unallocated receipts and journals, identifying documentation numbers for reference.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed Matric
Completed Finance related qualification
Minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar position
Knowledge of Basic Accounting principles
