
Maintenance Coordinator

- Assign and manage work orders promptly to ensure timely resolution of maintenance tasks.
- Monitor outstanding work orders and follow up to ensure completion and closure.
- Confirm supplier completion of work and facilitate accurate work order closure.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding task progress, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure suppliers receive and acknowledge work orders for action.
- Load and manage quotations and invoices related to maintenance activities.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable and General Accounts to support accurate financial processing.
- Assist stores with the Infraspeak system, including closing completed work orders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in technical and administrative software.
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Diploma or advanced Certificates in supply chain management/QSR/Retail experience+
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar maintenance coordination or facilities management
