KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:System Design: Develop technical designs for electrical projects and renewable energy systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Quotations & Proposals: Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for clients.Project Management: Oversee the execution of renewable energy projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.Installation Oversight: Supervise the installation process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.System Sign-Off: Conduct final system inspections, testing, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.REQUIREMENTS:Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent).Preferred registration as Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) or a candidate engineer.Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in renewable energy system design and project Management.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of solar PV, battery storage, and hybrid energy systems. Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local electrical regulations, safety standards, and certification requirements.Software Proficiency: Experience with electrical design software, 2D/3D CAD, Helioscope, or similar tools).Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, self-starter and the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
