- Utilize AutoCAD or similar software to create detailed electrical drawings and schematics for battery energy storage systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop layout plans and technical specifications for BESS installations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design work.
- Review and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and specifications to accurately represent electrical systems.
- Assist in the preparation of material lists, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Draughtsman, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components, with a focus on battery energy storage systems.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as NEC, IEEE, and IEC.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
