Marketing Coordinator: Engineering

• Marketing Diploma or Degree

• Minimum 23+ years experience in a general marketing role.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, community management, and campaign execution
• Knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Comfortable using content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and website management tools

• Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
• Digital Marketing & Online Presence.
• Manage and update company websites and improve SEO performance
• Content Creation & Social Media.
• Create engaging and informative content (text, photo, and video) for social media, email campaigns, websites, and internal communications
• Marketing Materials & Corporate Identity
• Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of all branded marketing materials (banners, gazebos, corporate gifts, etc.)
• Events & Promotions.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Internal Communications
• Community & Customer Engagement
• Administrative & Reporting.
• Maintain high standards of marketing administration and workflow organisation.
