  • Matric qualification
  • 10 years' Solution Sales experience, with at least 5 years in a TES Blue Collar sales environment
  • New Business Development and Operations Management experience within relevant sectors
  • Recruitment and selection experience
  • Proven sales track record with critical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Labour Relations Act (LRA)
  • Strategic high-volume Temporary Employment Services (TES) project implementation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate client relationships to drive business opportunities
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Ensure monthly financial targets are met
  • Build and maintain a reliable client database through networking and cold calling
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently
  • Prepare and present solutions to clients
  • Negotiate rates and service fees
  • Conduct thorough research on clients prior to meetings
  • Work towards deadlines and remain self-motivated
