- New Business Development and Operations Management experience within relevant sectors
- Recruitment and selection experience
- Proven sales track record with critical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Labour Relations Act (LRA)
- Strategic high-volume Temporary Employment Services (TES) project implementation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Cultivate client relationships to drive business opportunities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Ensure monthly financial targets are met
- Build and maintain a reliable client database through networking and cold calling
