- BCom Degree in Labour Law (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial / Labour Law
- Solid knowledge of labour legislation, dispute resolution, and union engagement
- Manage dispute resolution processes between management and employees
- Oversee union and employee relations and control the IR climate
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation
- Compile and submit monthly IR reports to the CEO
- Prepare and represent the company at CCMA hearings and Labour Court referrals
- Draft legal documents: closing arguments, affidavits, notices, objections, letters of demand
- Handle disciplinary processes from initiation to resolution
- Assess merits of cases and provide expert advice to management
- Competitive CTC: R35 000 R42 000
