-POSITION INFO:About the Role
You'll be a central figure in ensuring our platform is secure, stable, and continuously improving. Working across product, development, and operations, you'll own our CI/CD infrastructure, enforce quality gates, and monitor production health. It's a role with broad impact and the autonomy to shape how we build and ship software.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Heroku Pipelines) and enforce quality gates.Manage deployments and ensure safe releases with practices like feature flags and canary rollouts.Monitor system health with tools like Sentry and performance dashboards; lead incident response.Maintain and evolve test infrastructure (unit, integration, and acceptance tests).Integrate security practices into pipelines and support platform hardening (IAM, key management).Boost developer productivity by improving tooling and shortening build-to-deploy cycles.What You'll BringSolid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI).Comfortable with cloud pipeline platforms (Heroku a plus).Skilled in Python and shell scripting (Django familiarity a bonus).Hands-on with automated testing frameworks.Familiar with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry).Proven ability to deliver secure, reliable systems in SaaS or FinTech contexts.Nice to HaveExperience with feature flagging tools (e.g., Unleash, LaunchDarkly).Understanding of SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance in CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with data privacy in multi-tenant environments.Experience running post-mortems and managing incident learnings.What's On OfferCompetitive compensation.Direct influence on reliability strategy in a high-growth SaaS environment.Agile, low-bureaucracy culture with fast decision-making.Meaningful work that helps power financial equity for global workforces.Company Culture
