Are you an experienced SQL Developer with a passion for problem-solving and working with complex data? Join a dynamic operational development team where your SQL expertise and logical reasoning will directly impact business operations. This role allows flexibility for remote work, with occasional office visits as required.Requirements:

6+ years of SQL programming experience, with at least 3 recent years of daily hands-on SQL usage.
Strong understanding of relational databases, database design, and T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, views, keys, indexes, constraints).
Experience optimising SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
Familiarity with SSRS, Excel, and basic VBA programming.
Ability to handle large data sets in a live transactional environment, with performance in mind.
Interest in programming and development, including tracing SQL issues across servers and databases.
C#/.NET knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
Some familiarity with Python is a plus.
Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate business logic clearly.
Comfortable using AI coding tools to enhance productivity.
