Dealer Principal

• Oversee the full dealership operations including New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
• Drive profitability across all departments by implementing effective business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and staff.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Analyse financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Report directly to the OEM/Dealer Group management on operational and financial performance.

• Matric / Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Management advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of Dealer Principal experience within the motor industry.
• Strong track record in achieving profitability and growth in all departments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Solid understanding of OEM requirements, financial management, and compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record.
