Job Summary Duties:General administration, accounts and stock control.
Quality control of food, food presentation and service
Motivating staff and leading them.
Excellent Guest liaison skills
Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & foodRequirements:Grade 12
A formal Game Lodge Management qualification will be an advantage
Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 4–5-star establishments
Computer literate
Excellent sales & customer care skills
Strong admin skills
Knowledge of Stock control in bar, food & curios departments
Have good organizational skills
Knowledge of reservations management systems an advantage
Well-spoken and well presented
Resilient & flexible
Strong leadership and communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure
Manage guest delight events with passionPackage on offer included:Accommodation
