What you'll do:

Leverage your extensive experience (10-15 years) in energy efficiency and turnkey solar PV projects to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
Conduct comprehensive energy audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize energy consumption.
Perform detailed financial calculations, including ROI, IRR, cash flow, lifecycle costs, and maintenance considerations, for proposed renewable energy projects.
Manage solar PV projects from conception to completion, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to budget and timelines.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to achieve project goals.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and best practices.

Who you are:

Possess a minimum of a Degree in Electrical Engineering and ideally hold ECSA Professional Engineer status (or be a candidate).
Have a proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and managing renewable energy projects, particularly solar PV systems.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of energy efficiency principles and financial analysis techniques.
Be proficient in project management methodologies and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Be highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Chrome, and shared drive systems.
Hold a completed CEM or CEA course and a PV Green Card (desired).
Possess a valid driver's license and driving experience (preferential).
