- Educational background,Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 Qualification
- Creditors background or Accounting diploma will be advantageous
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Strong at maths (If the candidate has maths literacy the mark must be above 60%)
Some of the daily tasks include but not limited to,
- Daily processing of invoices & informing finance of credit notes
- Checking of the invoice to ensure that the invoice matches the purchase order
- performing input and reconciliation tasks
- process claims
- input category stock
- provides systems support for inventory control
