- Continuously research and maintain knowledge of various architectural/ design disciplines, application methods and materials.
- Ensure that all designs/ plans and execution meet standard regulations and requirements
- Manage design department
- Manage external consultants
- Matric
- Architect Qualified Preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ work experience in Architecture
- Preferably residential work experience
- Proficient Autodesk Suite
- Proficient 3DS Max
- Proficient in Revit
- Proficient in AutoCAD
