- Supervise and coordinate production floor activities to meet targets and deadlines.
- Manage and motivate a team of seamstresses, ensuring high-quality garment output.
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of production line machines.
- Monitor workflow and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Report production metrics and suggest process improvements to management.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Production Supervisor in apparel manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a production team.
- Knowledge of garment production processes and machine operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Salary: negotiable.
