- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing plans.
- Build strong relationships with media, agencies, and partners.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ROI tracking.
- Experience managing regional calendars, events, or promotions
- 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the retail or FMCG sectors.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters a plus).
- Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand building.
- Experience managing agencies and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative edge.
- A team player who thrives in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
- Willing to relocate to Dubai
